"I had an issue with my bill and I called my agent Tami Orris and she jumped right on it immediately and corrected it. I am very pleased with State Farm because of my agent Tami Orris. One time I was on the phone with her about life insurance and a rock hit my windshield so hard she heard it over the phone. Needless to say I needed my windshield replaced because it crack my windshield pretty good. Tami took care of the situation right away and my windshield was replaced within two days and I didn’t have to do anything but drop my truck off. Tami is a very thorough and thoughtful agent…. Thanks Tami for all you have done for me"
